Farleigh Court

Concertare was instrumental in developing and funding the regeneration of Farleigh Court, originally a hospital in the 19th century. This historic building, neglected and in disrepair, was sympathetically converted into 24 high quality office suites for owner occupation. Situated in a beautiful country setting just minutes from both the bustling city of Bristol and Bristol Airport, the modern restoration of such an iconic building has created employment opportunities for over 200 people in the local area.
